Caring Families for a Caring World

Families are the microcosm of a community, the smallest component of society. Being part of one is integral to our existence as human beings. Connection, nurturing, love and support is what we look for from our families; it's what makes us who we are: Individuals who are resilient, empathetic and caring.

When a family unit loses this connection then the way we experience the world becomes challenging. In a time when the struggle for work-life balance, physical & mental health, gap in communication, dealing with the undesired impact of social media etc. have become very real -

  • How do we keep our relationships rich and vibrant?
  • What does it take for us to maintain authentic connections while being our own individual selves?
  • How do we care for ourselves and each other?
  • How are we meant to serve the world as a Family?

These are some of the questions we will explore together in this journey of ‘Caring Families for a Caring World’ (CFCW). We welcome you and your family to come join us in this exploration where we hope to reflect, learn, be inspired and take action together.
