A fun interactive program delivering through time of silence, music, workshops, songs and dance, yoga and so on - keeping you and your life at its core. This is also an opportunity for you to meet and connect with other young people who want to make it larger than life. Enthusiasts in the age group of 18 to 30, with a passion for life and higher purpose. Anyone who is willing to be the change in their own lives and thereby to the world at large is welcome.
The conference aims to help young people rejuvenate their spirit, look within with honesty and search for their true purpose in life. Individual introspection translates into collective vision. The vision for this young team is the country and through these trainings at Asia Plateau and around the country they aim to create benchmark citizens who will play an important role in society where their character is built on a strong foundation of values.

The most impressionable part of a person’s life is spent in school. This is the time one’s attitudes and values are shaped. That means, as teachers we have a great role in shaping a child’s personality. ETST workshops bring the spotlight to values education which will lead to the formation of an ethical society.

We live in a world where families have to face many tough scenarios with context to work-life balance, both parents working, children being influenced by media, physical & mental health issues, lack of quality time and more. This programme will help you answer some of these questions together as a family and also refresh the essential bond that makes your family unique and united.
A three-week residential program with an intake of about 20 young leaders from around the world, offering a multi-disciplinary approach to conflict transformation, transitional justice, and principled leadership.
The purpose of this programme is to develop leadership through effective living at all levels, by encouraging every individual to find one’s unique contribution to the transformation needed in the world, starting with oneself.
We do not accept the contention that profits can only be made through financial impropriety, distortion of legal rules and unfair labour practices. We strongly feel that while such unfair practices may bring some short term gains, they end up destroying the business fabric as well as businesses’ reputation within the general public.
It the Rural and Ecological center within the premises of Asia Plateau working mainly with the villages around Panchgani.
IC Centre for Governance is a registered Non-Profit Educational Trust launched in December 2003, under the auspices of Initiatives of Change (IC), an International Foundation. The IC Centre for Governance serves the needs of society in all areas related to governance.
