Landscapes of Leadership

EDUCATION TODAY, SOCIETY TOMORROW

Date: 2nd to 5th May 2024

Some of you may be new to Initiatives of Change (IofC) and Education Today Society Tomorrow (ETST), but our workshops encourage all educators to introspect on the purpose of their lives, role as leaders, the purpose of education and to share best practices.

Many of you have attended our programmes, over the past 30+ years, and have shown keen interest and belief in the idea of ‘reinventing schools and rebuilding the world’ by attending the ETST workshops, and working towards imbibing the IofC philosophy. Are you ready for the next step?

We invite you to participate in a workshop with a difference.

The objectives of this workshop:

Participants attending this workshop will be able to:

  • Introspect and seek inspiration from their inner voice to make changes in themselves and empower themselves to make changes in the world.
  • Build open communication and trust amongst all stakeholders of a school community.
  • Become aware of and deliberate on the changes needed in education today, to co-create a better tomorrow.
  • Think of ways, and plan how to apply the new learnings in personal life and education.

Who may attend:

This workshop is open to Educators.

The last date for registration:  14th April, 2024. The workshop is limited to approximately 100 participants, on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please register at the earliest.
